*The payment schedule is INDEPENDENT of the project schedule
- Dates are booked and locked as soon as the downpayment is received. Starting date for project depends on calendar availability.
- Proposal valid up to 90 days after reception (Expires 13th August 2023).
- You will receive both original and final files of everything.
- Client Feedback is expected within 48-72 hours after receiving the proposals. Please ensure to provide feedback on time in order for project to stay on track. Failure to do so, may result in a delay of the entire project and rescheduling based on the current availability.
- Any additional design work apart from the one quoted is 100 usd/hr and will need to be scheduled. Delivery time will depend on availability and may vary from 1 week or more.
- Additional work is invoiced monthly.
- Prices and Time availability is subject to change .
- Once payment is received you will get your official timeline.
- *The time for each phase may vary according to the amount of rounds of adjustments that we have & timely feedback.
- Urgent projects, this means that if you want the project to start asap and skip your turn in the waitlist, there is an additional cost of 500 usd.
- If for some reason, at some point you decide to cancel the project, payments already made are non-refundable and an additional 2500 usd fee is required for cancellation..
